Things that make you bored easily

Repetitions is the most things that easily get me bored. Such as replying email over and over again and it seems like a never ending unread messages.
Also "do nothing" is one of them. Thats why i don't like meditation or yoga because instead of make me calm, it make my midlnd go wild and more things that i wanna do :P i can't stay more than 3 minutes.
So what about yours?.

Going on Vacation is the best solution to get away from Bored things.
