@omit124 your culture and belief... they don't understand.
And the terrorists don't exactly present a good example of it. That is why they get scared and dislike Muslims.

They don't actually! If you get an opportunity to review our(Human) history you'll find innumerable instances of racism/sexism/castism etc. Islamophobia is not a new occurrence alike anti-Semitism or anti-Christian rhetoric. It is a political tool to rally support.
Let alone history if you observe your surrounding you'd find women rights in grave danger historically, a person of economically backward lot has his/her fears of society, a young child afraid of paedophiles etc.
So its simply not true that any one once community is more hated that any other at a global scale.

Well I don't think that Muslims are wrong or something like that because every religion is full of some type of extremists and they generally lead to the corrupt image of the whole religion in the front of the society...a lot can be said on this..

@sunny2211 this is a really interesting topic. :-)
I agree that there are racist people. Islamicphobia is real but I also think not all dialogue is islamicphobia but can be simply a different opinion but not always accepted by the Islam community. In other words it works both ways. How many bad things have we heard about western society?

@Bluedoll I agree it works both ways....In conservative countries you will hear bad things said about western countries, their cultures, etc... Just as in western countries there are bad thoughts about conservative cultures and traditions. It doesn't necessarily means that they hate each other.
I think they just don't understand each other. They have grown up in different environments with different beliefs....

It is the islamic terrorists that most people are scared off..The most unlikeliest people, educated and living normal lives turn out to have terror links and this can make people wary not knowing what to expect...We have a very large population of muslims in India and 99% are like anyone else but there are some elements who are hardliners and stand in the way of progress which i not liked by many people. It is these people who bring a bad name to all muslims.

Ask ISIS, Baghdadi, etc...They left no stone unturned to spread terror in the world in the name of Islam, Jihad and Allah. The consequences of which are been faced by Muslims that have nothing to do with these terror groups/organizations.
