"Real strength needs no victims"

This title is a quote from Patrik Baboumian, a very ambitious strongman. The reason why he says that real strength needs no victims is because people are still stuck with this idea that you need meat to be strong. What he is trying to prove is that even without meat, he can be very strong. Meat involves victimizing innocent beings and this is why he says that his strength needs no victims. I posted a link towards his youtube channel. PS: he defeated meat eaters in strongman competitions in terms of endurance and speed.
The Vegan-Badass is back. This was my first competition in more than two years and I made a clear statement by shattering my own world-record in the yoke-wal...

I can agree with that reasoning. However, I myself had a problem with not eating meat. I'm highly intolerant to dairy, gluten and yeast so I'm rid of many proteins and vitamin sources already. When I was trying to be vegetarian when I was younger, I started to be very sick. Now, if I didn't eat meat, I would have to become vegan, and that would be too difficult for me as even now I have problems with B12 and magnesium levels. I don't eat meat often, though, I prefer to eat more veggies and grains. So I would say that you have to be healthy to be vegan. ;)

What you say is unscientific. I heard this before from other people too that they cannot live without meat but it is not scientifically correct.

@Cristi_Ichim I quite often feel scientifically incorrect. I had problems with asthma in my teens that got cured what normally doesn't happen. And doctors also don't believe in food intolerances although they show up in the tests. So I think there is much more to do in science as universe is pretty complicated. You might try to go vegan, gluten-free and yeast-free for half a year and tell me if that works for you, although I'm pretty sure that you would love to give up after a week. ;)
