Gotta Get Back On Track

My eating habits have been getting messed up because of my emotions. I am definitely an emotional eater and I have been able to fight it up until the embarrassment, sadness, and disappointment that has flooded my emotions and thoughts since my failing the driving test. I need to get back on track with my diet or else all my progress will go down the drain demotivating me further. I have to crack open my healthier/calorie based cook books to see if I can start using them more often and keep my diet and eating habits in check! It will also help with making me a better cook. Do you have any good recipes you'd like to share? Do you use any particular cook books to help keep with a healthy diet?

You can start by including avocados in your diet. They are very healthy and help reduce cholesterol levels, among other ailments. Eating spimachs, other vegetabes, fruit and nuts is a good start.

I deal with anxiety with eating sweets, so that's not good either. Good luck with starting again.

Maybe cooking with coconut oil instead of other cooking oils? I don't know, just a suggestion. I hope you can get back on track soon.

I don't cook a lot so can't really help. There are bound to be lots of recipes on the web and dozens of cookbooks available. Good luck with your endeavours.
