Ya I decided to listen my new doctor and only take my adhd meds when I m going to work. Recap so I have been taking daily Concerta and Seronil for adhd and depression, but now I have took adhd meds only when I need to go to work etc. For somereason I feel lately that I m not able to relax and fall a sleep. I feel bit twitchy. also I feel weird tingling in my feet and my feet feel cold. Should I be worried or not? I dunno. I m too tired to think anything atm. Sorry. I just did not know who to talk about this. I talked with my parents and they said its just because I dont go out so much than 15 mins per day if that and I spend too much time on computer. But I dont wanna go out since there is nothing to do since we live middle of nowhere and I also become tired easily.
