@AmanoYuki Yeah, the only reason why I download kindle books or e-books is they're free, if there were more free books in general I think it would be better.

I love the smell of books as well and I feel pleased whenever I see them in my shelves. But I have to admit that lately, I resorted to ebooks. When I'm inside my room, I prefer my lights off so I feel really relaxed when I read an ebook because I can turn off the lights. A lot of my friends switched to digital as well.

I always prefer books....e-books are just for the situations where books are not comfortable....

I can see how a kindle could be helpful. You can carry more books without the weight. And if you want to read in the dark, you've got the light built-in. However, I have a feeling that in the long run, all that screen time will ruin the eyes more than reading a regular book.
I love the feel, weight, and smell of a REAL book. Hearing the pages whisper as you turn them, folding the edges to bookmark my spot (I know, horrible habit!)...it can never beat an e-book or kindle.
Viva la library!

It seems to be way more satisfying to see a shelf full of books and picking one like it's Christmas. Vs a list of electronically books.plus meeting new people at the bookstore is always a huge plus ya know?
