so watching youtube again with my husband and we randomly come across this channel Justin Payne. He's Canadian and he's on his own accord going online and pretending to be a minor in order to catch pedophiles. he then records them as he meets with them and busts them letting the cat out of the bag he is not who they thought, that he is a grown man not a child. he get's their plate number off their cars and uploads everything to youtube. Police have even told this guy to stop that he can not take the law into his hands like this and that it's unsafe for himself to meet these guys. he actually gets his kid sister to tag along and be the camera person using her as bait bascially. He's an ontario man. anyone heard of him? what are your thoughts on his behavior and actions?
