In India and most of the Asian countries, the cashew nuts are treated as a delectable food item. They are used in a varieties of ways. They are chewed raw, sometimes taken along with sugar and jaggery, they are used in sweets and prepared as sweets, they are used in fried food stuff and starterrs. But, there is a misconception among the people that they are unsuitable for Heart Patients. But, this is not true. On the contrary, there are many benefits that we get out of the Cashew Nuts;
The Magnesium present in Cashew helps prevent the rise in blood pressure;
The copper containing in cashews helps maintain right color of the hair;
The calcium and Magnesium present in the cashews provide good bone health;
The low fat in the form of Oleic Acid is actually very good for heart and keeps it always healthy;
They are having good antioxidants like selenium, copper, and Magnesium.
They really help in the growth, digestion and development of the body.
