Planning to read a new book but confused

Being a book reader, just finished a book. Now planning to start a new one. But little bit confused as the last book was mind blowing. There is always an influence of a book on your mind, specially when it is good one. Sometimes it happens that I can't fine other book that much interesting. And that makes me confuse which book to choose next.

What are those topics that interest you most? As for me, I have lots of books I love to read. I do not get lost. I am usually after my favorite authors Paulo Coelho and Elizabeth Gilbert. Sometimes I just look for books all about travel adventures.

@RashmiRk Yes. My favorite is "The Alchemist. "
I think we will be good friends because we both love to read. This gives me an idea to list all my favorite books to read.
