Facebook has yard sale groups. I try to browse them once a week. They can be a wonderful resource for items I need. You do have to know your prices.
Last Sunday there was a listing offering $50 to anyone willing to transport 20 bags of yard waste to the dump. One comment set me off. Someone said they'd do it for $150. The other comments were informative about calling the town, etc.
I called the man and offered my services. He loaded the bags onto my truck. I took them to my house and put them out for city pickup. I could have taken them to the landfill the next day. Anyway, it was easy money. The man asked if I'd do it again later. You bet.
I kept three of the bags of leaves to go into my third raised veggie bed. Decomposing leaves make wonderful compost.

OMG! Are you sure we are now kin?! I used the one trash can that I paid for, but had to evict those tenants, for three houses of trash, each week filling it to the max. Now I went and paid for another three months and I plan to do the same.
I used to work doing landscaping, I would bring the clippings home and burn them in my burn pile.
Yes leaves are awesome for a garden!
