Well today I woke up and my left knee is hurting when I step on my right leg. It was really hurting this morning and I have no clue why. I haven't been exercising because I don't want to make whatever could be going on with my legs worse. I may have to tell my doctor about these pains too because I really don't know why I have this pain now. I thought at first it was from the exercise, but now I don't know. Could I have arthritis already at only 20 years old?

Anything is possible.I had a ligament injury last year when I was 18 and I tried to ignore it for a few hours and then it got worse to the extent that I couldn't walk! I had to take the support of wheelchair to visit a doctor.Just imagine within a span of 2-3 hours! I didn't had arthritis but I was on the same medications as that of a arthritis patient. How scary that might be for an 18 year old! I'am not scaring you by saying all this all I mean is when your body sends you signals DO NOT IGNORE IT!!

I t could be some lack of minerals; your position during the previous night sleep; or simply that you´re putting too much thought on your knee.
