Do You Remember Why, How and When You Came on Mylot And Became A Member?

I remember very well, some of my friends on the B sites suggested me to move to myLot. As I was very unhappy with the other site, I decided to tray. This happened the last month of August, since then I moved and stayed here.

I believe I learned about myLot from a member on Toluna.

My first post was November 14, 2006. I am sure I joined about a week before that, and tried to get comfortable. I had never done any kind of online writing or posting before. I found the site through a work from home site that was based in India. MyLot was less than six months old at that time.

So my story is not much different. I was free, depressed after recent events, and wanted to try earning online. That much has been said by many others. Then I found the link for myLot in one of earn from home sites. That too is said by some here. That earning site was from India. One response here has mentioned that too. Maybe even our referrer was same. Then I tested the waters by making a post.... And within a day, I was hooked into the site, putting the money part in back-burner. Ooops....even that has been said!

Yep I can still remember. I was lioking for an alternative to Facebook 6 years ago and I came upon this site by chance. At first I didn't think it would pay but I just kept on posting discussions that never got any response lol. But then I started meeting some friends here and started to enjoy the site a lot. My ratings for higher and higher and so did my earnings back then.

I just looked and I joined my lot nine months ago.

I joined Mylot ten years ago. After a friend on a website called Gather suggested I do so.

In the past I wanted to find an online job which I could earn extra money. Then I found Mylot. Besides, I can also practise my written and reading English here. So it is more useful for me.

From what I remember, I as looking for sites to earn online with. I never thought about writing actually. I was just starting in the internet world of making money online. And I did get burned a few times along the way. I found MyLot but did not really understand it. So I let it go and forgot about it. I think it was almost a year later that I found it again. And there was another site, or could have been MyLot from it's original site before the last one. Well, anyway, I found it again and revisited it. I learned and I joined and I loved it ever since. That was many years ago now. MyLot rules.

Well i cant remember.. . Maybe because i always browse online and always like forums. Or maybe its because it pays while you post.i tried to write a blog about that.. really idk.

I do, last fall, before bubbs went Titanic, I saw susan posting on it, and then followed her right on over.

It was recommended by a lovely friend I have here who was also on the B site. I am glad I did because all my online friends are here too!

@just4him sent me a message on face book telling me about my lot. We became friends on another sight, then on facebook and now here. I joined last fall, Oct. I believe it was. Have a blessed day

I become a member of mylot at the end of March of this year, why is that my boyfriend found it and told me it would be a perfect place for me, and how well I signed up like anyone else I guess? XD

It happened about 6 yrs ago, I joined mylot. But I don't remember why. Yesterday I was searching for freelance writing and other things and found this site again. When I tried to create account, it said the email is already registered. Then you know what I would do.Got the password back and started writing. :)

I got banned on Yahoo answers and I am looking for a replacement site. I didnt know mylot is a paying site then.

Why: I read a comment or two about myLot on another site, being nosy I came to check it out. That was mid-August last year.

There were a lot of members on Bubblews talking about myLot and I got curious about three weeks before its demise and have been here since - that was in October.

I have no idea the first time I came here. But it didn't work out for me the first time and I forgot about it until Valerie R. emailed me not too long ago and told me to come over here because so many of our old bubble friends were here. :)

I heard of myLot from a cousin of mine in 2009. I registered and posted 1 or 2 I think then stopped when I went home to province because there is no computer/internet access. Then I heard it again from PersonaPaper last year. But I decided to create a new account this year only from mobile. Glad the site is now mobile-friendly. If not, I wont be here because I only use my iPhone.
