Could you sleep in a bed like this?

Sleep with the fishies?

This bed is beautiful but could you sleep under this every night? I do not think that I could due to my worrying that it might bust. I could only imagine how relaxing it would be to lie in bed and watch the fish swim though.

It'd be nice as a vacation or so but not every night as I would be scared the tank would leak or bust. I always think about tanks bursting or breaking when I am at amusement parks or see large tanks like that.

That would be horrible for sure. I would be very nervous indeed.

You'd also be bothered by the thought that there might be a strong quake breaking the glass or a cat suddenly dives in to catch the fish :)

Oh, yes that would not be good at all and yet another reason to stick with the traditional bed.

@apickett And a simple but comfortable bed would make a good sleep. Trimmings and other what-nots won't affect your sleep quality.

I'd be less worried about the thing breaking than about all the cleaning and maintenance it would require!

Aha, you have a very valid point there my friend. I had a super small (10 gallon) tank once and it was pretty much more of a headache than anything else.

no for 2 reasons.one, the busting factor..two-my cats would probably run over my head all night trying to get at the fish.

I think when my bed is like that with a headboard of aquarium, I can't sleep well. My thinking is always on that aquarium that might leak or bust. So it is better not use as a headboard, it can be put beside the bed.

Oooh. I would hope that the manufacturers would build this with precautions against "busting". I would love to have one like that !
