Personally, I enjoy sweet and sour chicken, but have tried different variations of it. In America, they tend to sell the Americanized version of the traditional dish, yet I've had both the authentic recipe and the American version. I feel as if the authentic one is better because of the different flavors that you're receiving that aren't limited by any grease or breading.

@LeonGao Yes, American here! When I'm famous, I will definitely take up that offer for food! I just think that it's very nice, depending on which part of America you're going to. For people who are born out of the country, more places are going to be both tolerant and better in terms of maintaining cultural identity and traditions. I have lived and traveled a lot of the land here and different regions, and the best by far is New York City. Can be cramped at times, yet is very tolerant and accepting of all people. And I didn't know that it was Cantonese! You learn something new every day.

In my opinion,it is a good way to change it a bit to suit different countries' people's taste.Secondly, only in this way,can we avoid culture shock.Last but not the least,I think we should keep at least one the original restaurant

I eat fried rice if it has no meat in it. I like it but I'm vegetarian and most Chinese has meat in it, I believe. We pick up a carton of fried rice every once in awhile.
