Real or Fake Tree?

Do you prefer a real or fake christmas tree. you know it is time to start decorating!

I lOVE the smell of a real tree, but I HATE the mess and the fire hazard. So since my son is grown I go for an artificial tree that looks real! I have already decorated 2 front yards I am in the spirit.

Wonderful! i just moved into an apartment, so i cant decorate as much as i normally do, but i am definetly in the spirit as well. my boyfriend on the other hand says not till december first will he get excited!

I prefer a real tree but my daughter is allergic, so we have a fake one, it's easier to clean up after anyway.

The real trees, if they dry out have the pine needles going all over the place and it is even hard for a vacumn to pick them up.

i much prefer the fake trees, they look as good and they dont drop needles all over the place.

I prefer a fake tree. With a fake tree you do not have a mess to clean up every morning and when you hang your ordaments you do not get stuck with sharp pine needles.

I prefer the fake trees, I don't like cleaning up the needles, you can never really clean them all up, and I'm too afraid that I will forget to water it and the tree will dry up and start a fire.
