I want to take a minute to wish all your mother a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! I will be making lunch here at my house and my mom and the rest of the family over. It is the first year my aunt will be joining us for Mother's Day too. She lives with my parents now. Her husband passed away last March, and she was not able to stay alone anymore. She told me all week that her husband always took her out to eat for Mother's Day. She grieves her husband so much, and rightly, so he was such a good man. Both of them were/are deaf. We are going to try to make her have the best Mother's Day she possibly can without her husband. She has no children of her own, so we are just one big family now. It bothers me that all my family is getting so old, and it is constantly on my mind that one day they won't be here for me. I will be lost because I have such a good family and a loving family. To all, you wonderful Mom's out there, Happy Mother's Day. I have the best mom in the world, and I love her so much. I have such fond memories of my mom, and I love her dearly. I think I will write another post about my mother when I get time. Sorry, I am behind on all my notifications. I will do my best to catch up next week. LOL

It is lovely that you are including your aunt in your celebrations. It must be very hard to suddenly have your partner leave you on your own.

I can image what she is feeling. She had so many changes in her life in such a short period of time. I feel so bad for her.

I had celebrated the Mother's Day two days ago with my Mom. She lives in another country, but I did not want to miss to tell her personally "Happy Mother's Day".
