We arrived at our residential town yesterday. We're here to vote for tomorrow's Election Day. When we arrived, my husband found and harvested two ripe jackfruits in the tree that was planted in our backyard. My daughters love to eat jackfruit for the taste is really sweet and delicious. Maybe you're wondering why there was only one big fruit in my photo. Well, before I was able to take pictures of the two fruits, my daughters had eaten the first one and it's gone.

Wow..I love jackfruit..though it smells really strong but the taste is just awesome. Just wait in a day so it won't get sticky much as you open it.

That reminds me of the huge jackfruit tree we had in our garden. Summers meant getting those heavy fruits off the tree and have a party savouring them. Though retrieving the pieces of the fruit could be a messy process, but the sweet taste was worth it.

Yummy! I miss eating jackfruits. Good luck to your presidential vote. I hope Duterte will win.
