Like each child I didn't know anything when I was born. A child doesn't even know that it is necessary to eat to be alive. It is it's mother who cares about it, just like you cared for me.
I was just like a blank paper, unaware of everything. It was you who taught me everything.
It was you who spoke with me without getting tired only to teach me how to speak. And later when I learned it, again it was you who taught me to speak with respect to everyone. It was you holding whose hand I learned how to walk. Then again it was you who left my hand so that I can walk alone.
It was you who told me lots of stories and taught me lessons of life in interesting ways. It was you who taught me to have faith and believe that good things do happen.
It was you who holded my hand when I was learning writing. Thanks to you that I am writing this now. Teachers only finished their duties but it was you who was awake with me till late nights just to make sure that I learn properly what is taught in the school.
It was you who decided that my daughter will study further inspit of everyone discouraging you. When I was awake all night studying, it was you who asked every few hours if I needed anything to eat and always made me something without being asked. It was you who packed so many varieties in my lunch.
I was always in hurry and left my room too messy. It was you who kept it neat and clean when I returned home. It was you who insisted that I eat fresh cooked food and kept it ready by the time I arrive.
In spite of being ill, it was you who was always worried about my health. It was you who taught me how to take care of someone. And it was you who left me too early....
But it was also you who taught me that it was destiny. It was you who taught me to be brave and live without you. It was you who taught me what is love and what is to love unconditionally. It was you who made me the person that I am today. I know that it too was you who was always proud of me, but today I want to tell the world that I am proud to be your daughter. Love you and miss you mom...

It is such a lovely post. I got goosebumps while reading it. That is also the message I want to tell my mom but I am shy to tell it so I just show my love through actions. For sure, your mom will be teary-eyed when she reads your message.
