Underwater picture editting?

I had previously go dive, and bring my action camera, however only just newbies in that, all my picture become green. is there any way for me to do something to change the picture back??

It's really hard to take pictures underwater and you have to adjust your camera before shooting. I guess even those who shoots professionally still use photoshop to decrease the green and blue their pictures.
