I've added basketball to the my routine

Apart from the shoes Dad gave me, He also included two basketball in the box. I almost didn't use them because it lacked air. Good thing mom's friend who's a cyclist has an air pump and volunteered to fill it up. When I had my first try, I practice some dribbling and I realized fingers aren't long enough to make the grip on the ball. Then the next day I tried to do some dribble and shooting at the court, my arm had a little sore because I didn't stretch that much. But It was a good exercise, so good I didn't realize I was doing it for an hour.

You are great to add more exercise my friend. Little by little you will achieve your goal. Basketball is a great fun thing to do also.. Hope the dog is okay too

The dogs are okay, in fact last sunday I gave them a couple of bath. @TiarasOceanView but I won't be doing thsi routine everydya since it's stressedmy arms.

What? Your fingers are not long to grip the ball? I think your dribbling skills are not yet ripe, bro, because even though your fingers are short, you can still hold and handle a basketball.

I haven't played basketball in years so yeah, I don't expect to be better, and besides, it's just some sport i add in my routine and something just for an exercise.

Yeah, but I didn't get that much sweat after an hour, but It's my fault for not doing the stretching first. @MGjhaud

Lucky you man! I've played basketball many years ago as a kid but then decided its not for me. Height is the problem! Haha but I enjoy collecting and wearing basketball shoes, the best one I have is the kd6, it looks really good.

I don't think I've joined any kind of sports affiliated competition, I just did because I had this ball and it was just exercise, I don't even have a basket ball shoes @flipitup

It's pretty good but don't practice very hard from the beginning. It was make problems in the leg and arms. Good luck.
