So I am off today. And to kick off my weight loss. I am going to walk a trail with my friend. The trail is 8 miles all together. It is a really beautiful trail. We have attempted walking the entire things about 5 times. We have done the whole 8 miles maybe twice. I am so ready to get started and start kissing this fat goodbye.

Good way to loose weight. Have a gossip with a healthy walk and enjoy your walk and loose weight at the same time. Great idea.

We went yesterday, and did about 4 miles. I was proud of that because it has been a while since we went. By the end of the 4 miles, I was aching. but motivated to continue everyday.
