why so weak ???

cesarian delivery is getting so common theses days. My mom just told me that it was like 1/20 back in her time. now a days , i see every second girl (mothr)opting for a cesarian .. for some it may be the need i suppose but many do this to avoid the pain of a normal delivery ! does this show that girls now are getting weaker and girls back then were tougher ?? whatever maybe the reason .. i just believe the more natural it is the better it is !

Who knows if cesarian delivery were possible in old days then women won't have done it...I am not rejecting the fact that we are becoming weaker as we don't want to work hard then how can we think of natural painful delivery....

@PalSheena I just read the wikipedua page on c-section and it tells that it was discovered in some bc but we have to understand that in old generations science was not seen as a good thing compared to natural....also it was not easily available for a normal person.....

@imravi my mom is not that old haha i was talking about our previous generation .. it was pretty much there then . but people used to opt for it only for emergencies !

I think soon to be mother's opted to choose c-section to avoid the pain, but I think normal delivery is the best still.

Yeah, in my days it was just an option if natural delivery would jeopardize the baby's and mom's life...

I had 2 Cesarian deliveries and I had ABSOLUTELY no choice in the matter. I am not a weak person.

i m not imposing that . i just meant that people choose this themselves now a days just to avoid the delivery pain . that should be done u just said u had no choice .. thats y u went for it .. thats what cesarian is for , nothing wrong with that ofcourse

Obviously earlier times people had more of physical exertion and our body was supple. With sedentary lifestyles our body is not willing and also the mind! siva

Doctors are equally responsible, they create fear in the mind of people that normal delivery could be too painful and may not be successful tell about various complications.
