To answer the ques, yes, I do like london. I was there two months ago for a day trip and managed to cover most of the tourist spots including the british museum, big ben, trafalgar square, buckingham palace, westminster bridge, london eye and hyde park... all in one day. :-) There lots of things to see and window shop down oxford street. The underground is a bit confusing though. A bit too fast paced for me.... a good place to visit and spend a day or two but not for settling down...

I don't live too far from London; in fact, just 35 miles south of it. Therefore, I have visited a lot of times.
Yes, it's ok, in certain areas, but some areas are quite dirty, and some overcrowded. Having said that, I like Regent Street and Oxford Street for shopping. There's a great variety of shops there, and plenty of places to eat and drink. I also quite like Regents Park and Hyde Park, Marlborough Arch, Horseguards Parade, Piccadilly Circus, The Tower, Trafalgar Square (minus a few of the pigeons, lol), Buckingham Palace and Harrods. :-) I haven't been up there for a few years, so haven't been on the London Eye, but that looks cool.
It was quite awesome when my grandfather took me there as a child. The buildings seemed to reach right up into the sky, and everything seemed so big and spaceous.
Yup, I think I quite like London. :-)
