My Life Watch out Bumpy Road ahead

Let me tell you about my life and the weird, wacky, and sometimes crazy things that have gone into it. Lets start with where I was born, Sonoma, CA. My running joke is that I was born under a grape leaf, because I love wine. My Father was in the Air Force and moved around a lot. Mostly from Air Force Base to Air Force Base in California. Take a break for a funny story. When you move out of base housing, you have to make sure it is very clean. They actually did the white glove inspection way back then (50's & 60's). My Mother was originally from Newfoundland and she was really into cleaning. We lived in a stucco house, so my Mother decided she would make sure it was clean and she brought in the outside hose and she hosed the house down. She passed every base inspection we had. Ok, back to my story. My Dad retired from the Air Force in 1965 and could not find any good, decent paying jobs, so decided to pack us all up and move to Illinois. We went from warm and sunny, to cold and snowy. I have never got used to the weather here in Illinois, because I hate being cold. To be continued.........
