Not getting enough sleep

Six hours is the most I can afford to sleep. I have to feed my shih tzu every six hours so that she won't have a tummy ache the next morning and throw up. My aunt who previously had a shih tzu that died two years ago said that her dog had the same condition and that she thinks shih tzus are prone to gastritis when not given their meals on time. As I'm writing this, my eyes hurt but no matter what I do I couldn't go back to sleep even if I wanted to. I fed Clio at midnight then I woke up at 6am to feed her again. I have a lot of writing to do this afternoon and I don't want to crash.

No wonder we suffer from lots of diseases. Those are all very linked to our current lifestyle of eating unhealthy food and sleepless nights. Prevention is better than cure. Better improve your sleep cycle than suffer later.

Can't you just leave her food for her to eat? I put food in a bowl for my dogs and they feed themselves when they are hungry.

You don't want to end up having a back pain like I do. After that check up two days ago, my doc recommended at least seven hours of sleep. maybe try to drink green tea w/ milk powder? see how it goes. we ain't young anymore you know, better have rest.
