What is the most exotic food you've ever eaten?

I have eaten sushi and many different kinds of Japanese food. I ate raw octopus sushi. There was also steamed shrimp, raw salmon, raw tuna. I have also eaten some other unusual types of cuisine from different cultures: french escargot (snails), goat, goat cheese, sheep tripe (stomach and intestines), wild rabbit, racoon, and python. It was all yummy and I would do it again.
