people generally say that we should follow our passion ! but how many of us really have the guts to do so ! for example if a persons passion is in something creative .. lets say dance or singing for that matter .. how rare is it to hear of a successful career in something like that ? do we really have the guts to choose a difficult or different path ? i believe its just easy to say so!

frankly speaking. I don't have what it takes. I am a computer engineer and I am not in any kinda job, being the only son of my parents I had to join my family business and that is construction.. I am into it but not with my heart and soul. its a fully established business all I have to do is run it properly but I am not satisfied because that's not my own line.

@PalSheena I totally agree with what you said. we all have dreams of becoming this and that when we are in college, but that does not come true for all of us.

Yes absolutely! I am a magician but not a success magician however people love my magic. But they love it when it is free. Now how can I consider myself a successful man? Without money! Nope! I moved toward youtube but here also people don't watch most of my videos because they have to spend their data hahah.

haha ! thats exactly my point ! making money and a good career out of our passion isnt really easy ! this is the reason why people kill their passions and go for something which can help them earn a living atleast you tried your best ! thats good !

Yes it is easier to say but some do too. I have seen doctors becoming businessmen and one took to social service after being a private banker and he is quite young too. I am a professional accountant but my spare time was for reading and rarely worked after office time. If we are ready to live on our terms it is possible - siva

@PalSheena And all of those things are not possible for every individual. Remove any one of those, you will hesitate in following your passion.

You are right Shivani. Following our passion needs monetary investments too which not all can afford. Take for example dancing or singing, you have to get into some reality shows to come into limelight or get a break. This needs investment. You need to tread through a tough path to be successful in the art of creativity.

One cannot get both things at the same time. If you are ready to go beyond your comfort level only then you can achieve what you want and if not, you'll only end up giving excuses.

here the point is not about comfort level ..its about practicality i suppose !

Some lucky ones are able to do what they love for a living. For me, I believe in doing what you are good at, then use the money for your passion
