Is Summer ever going to end?

We've had another glorious Saturday here today and I've got a lot done. But I do have to wonder if this summer will ever end. We are supposed to be deep into Autumn, but the temperatures are reminiscent of spring/late summer. My grape vine has had a double harvest this year and both have ripened nicely. My pomengranate tree has had a bumper crop. I suspect it will be too warm for the apricot tree to do anything for yet another year.
I'm actually looking forward to the weathering cooling off enough so that we can light a fire. Then I get to spend more days inside and more time on line. Not that I have an ulterior motive............
I suppose those of you on the other side of the world are looking forward to Summer now - has it arrived yet?

@enlightenedpsych2 As much as I believe that we have contributed to global warming with all we do to our planet, I do think we have only sped up the natural order of things.

Summer was here for a few days but has now turned into what feels like Autumn! Ah well, I'll let the weather off for now, after all it is still only Spring!

@annaroselock Spring can be very tricky - warm one day and then cold the next. Then it finally settles down.
