Different cultures accept it more than others. I don't mind, as long as she and the baby are covered up.

I have nothing wrong with it. If the child is hungry, feed away.

Women who feed their babies with a bottle are not shunned by society. Women who feed their babies the natural way, as Mother Nature intended, should not be shunned either. I nursed all of my children. I also nursed them in public places. I draped a receiving blanket over my shoulder. This would at times make the baby feel nervous. There is now a blanket with a mesh corner so the baby can see out and the mother can see in to soothe and comfort the baby.

i dont find anything odd in that. Because the baby cant say when it's hungry..... so, there is nothing wrong in that.... It's with respect to a baby, so nothing wrong in it.

Covering the baby is optional and really not good for the baby. They feed better when uncovered as they are more comfortable over all. The baby will be able to feed but will not do as well, as there may be a lack of air. And there needs to be enough eye contact between the mother and child, that is really important. If the mother wants to be covered for her own comfort, as long as it's not inhibiting the baby, that's fine.

There is nothing wrong with it. They are just feeding their child.

No it's not a big deal...some people don't feel comfortable around it. Although, it is one of the most natural thing.

I dont mind, as here in Brazil all beaches are topless, and it snt against thelaw for a woman to walk without her shirt on.
Equality between the sexes, I'd say.

feed away? It's nice that men have responded to my topic as supporting the whole situation, as well as many women. Thanks for your reply
