@Lucky15 farmers were actually warned by the government of the El Niño and asked them not to plant so they won't waste their capital on nothing.

@toniganzon Well, there is nothing big about the dance moves. I can show you some for sure... they are all imported from the ancient tribes... the ones they do to appease the Rain Gods. You can find more of them on some youtube or even older movies - you know the ones where they wear only leaves and dance to the beats of the drums. You will have to organize the party, bring in the food, the booze. In case you want, I can be the DJ and also the bartender Oh and I almost forgot the costumes

@toniganzon You are the organizer... so it is your call if you want to dance or just watch them dance I am sure, you can have better costume for you... just ensure, it is made of those leaves... (all dancers should be in those leafy dresses) else all efforts to appease rain gods will fail.

These days the rain has come already. Yes, it's a hibiscus flower and it's at my parents' place.

Indeed it was. Hasn't rained again since then.

@gudheart only because of the el niño phenomenon. It's going to be stormy the rest 6 months of the year. And i'm not looking forward to that.
