Okay here is the question. If you had the opportunity, Would you rather spend a day with someone who died from your past, or meet someone who would be really important in your future?

I would have to say this is the most difficult would you rather question I have been faced with. But, honestly? I personally believe that once people pass away, it is their time. I know we all want to see someone again who we have lost, and as hard as it is to accept that their gone. I would not bring anyone back just for my own needs, because I know that their time was up, and they are in a better place now. I would have to choose someone really important for my future because the future is all we have to look forward to, and if we keep looking back then we'll never get to where we are supposed to be.

Great answer. I sometimes tend to look back a lot. I need to work on that.

@angtobeheard Thank you. We all do it, it's just human nature sometimes. It's easier to look back because it is familiar, the future is new territory and can be pretty frightening because we never know what's going to happen. But, if you enjoy the journey without thinking about the, "what ifs" then it can be a pretty fun ride.

Well as much as I want to spend a day with my grandma again, I believe she's happily reunited with my grandpa in heaven. Even though I couldn't spend another day with her she will always stay in my heart and I will always hold dear her memories. That being said, I would want to see who is going to be there with me in the future.

I feel what you are saying about spending the day with your grandma. My grandma is with my grandpa as well. I also wouldn't mind bringing someone from my future. That way I can bypass all the bad boyfriends or friends and just look for that one. Would definitely save some heartache, but at the same time, I prob wouldn't cherish my important person, as I didn't have any bad ones.Thank you for commenting

@angtobeheard I like the idea of bypassing some heartaches. I've had too many already. I am getting worried that when the right one comes I'm too scarred already.

I would rather spend time with my husband who passed away as no one could be as important to me in the future.

Sorry to hear about your husband. I can understand wanting to spend time with someone from your past. I would probably want mine to be my grandma. She was very influential in my life. Thank you for commenting.

Wow! You don't believe in easy questions, do you? :) That is really difficult but I think I'd have to say someone from my past because that would be someone I have treasured and would really value seeing them again. And I would hate to alter my future before it's time.

@angtobeheard funny because as I read down the list I started thinking the same thing! I would dearly LOVE to see one of my grandma's and one of my grandpa's again. (one from each side). They both mean so much to me. But then after reading all the other comments I keep thinking that a) they wouldn't want to come back and b) it would make me deeply grieve all over again. So, I reserve the right to change my mind if the option ever actually opens! LOL

Thank you... I try lol. I honestly don't know what I would do. At first I thought I would want to see my grandma but reading some of the other comments has really made me think alittle deeper. Thank you for commenting.

I prefer to spend a day with someone in the future, as the past, in relation to friends and love, has not been too trascendental.

Maybe someone in the future. Spending one day from someone in the past might bring back painful memories of leaving again..

I'd like to see a young person I know now in, say, thirty years.
