Afternoon Nap

I really feel sleepy today. I want to take a nap but students keep coming to make inquiries.
I think afternoon nap is important for us. It's ""better than coffee" as they say.
In one experiment, sleep scientist Sara Mednick and her team directly compared caffeine intake (200mg) with napping (60–90 minutes) and placebo on three distinct memory processes: declarative verbal memory, procedural motor skills, and perceptual learning. Overall, the nap improved performance across all three different learning areas, while caffeine impaired (or at least did not benefit) performance.
True, right? Because after napping, you feel refreshed and recharged.

Thanks for the share. Many people who are in office cannot take the nap. At home yes, afternoon nap refreshes the mind.

@CrazyAnimaLady ...caffeine can really make us stay awake but too much of it is not good already.
