Should I worry?

Now that I've been on my anxiety meds for a while most of the side effects are all gone. I don't feel like vomiting in the mornings and I'm not nearly as manic. Mainly I'm beginning to even out.
Evening out in every way but sleep. I'm up up up all night long because I can't sleep and then when I finally do sleep it's for 12 to 15 hours. I've even fut back on my caffeine, but all that did was give me withdrawal...
Should I be worried? Does anyone else have this issue?

@CrazyAnimaLady I had a problem with sleeplessness (insomnia) for the past 16 years (i was on anxiety medications and at the present time too). About 15 days ago, I started at 5, then go for a walk up to 1 KM. There is a small ground about 150 meters round. I run at a slow speed and circle it eight times, before that I do stretching exercises from neck to hands, wrists, shoulders, waist, knee, ankle and everything I learned about stretching. Then I do dips; flat, up and down in two sets at the ground itself. Then after that i loosen my body and sit on a bench and do "pranayam" (Indian Yoga part) which is "pran and aayaam" bringing rhythm and control to your breathing and then do some yoga postures. After coming back from the ground I do some weightlifting (simple with small weights). Then the usual routine follows. You would not believe me, now I am feeling sleepy at 9 p.m. though i sleep only after 11. Previously, it was like 2, 3, 4, or 7 or no sleep at all. Sometimes consecutively for two days most.
Please try some of the above mentioned things which you think are workable for you and then see the results in 7 days. I guarantee you. Just try it for 7 days. And then message me on MyLot. By the way, i have eliminated coffee completely from my beverages for the past 15 days there is no withdrawal symptom.
All the best.

When do you see your doctor next? That sleep issue is not normal at all.

I don't know when I see them next, but until then I'll just be zombified.

I think you should ask your doctor if your dosage should be adjusted so you can sleep.
