weight loss

So we had this discussion at work about weight loss and some people only depending on surgery for the answer as a quick fix. surgery to me is only a aid to helping you loose the weight but you still have to put in work to look and feel good afterwards you can drop pounds and still face the same problem if your not healthy.

I think that's true too! Surgery is appearance wise. Doesn't mean you can keep that unhealthy diet. With surgery you have to do portion sizing to maintain the weight.

if you're not healthy then surgery maybe is the way but the best way to lose weight is by practicing sport. i know it's hard and it's sound bad but that is the best way, the safer one and healthier.

I have known people who have had the stomach surgery and within a year they had gained all that weight back so to me it means you need to practice self control.

Surgery should never be a primary solution to a better and healthier lifestyle. People these days always want to take the easy way out, and often face dire consequences afterwards. Sure, you'll lose the weight having surgery, but what happens if your body reacts badly to unsanitary junk food and not the proper nutrition needed to keep it clean? It's just as bad as the pills you take to lose weight. I just think that maybe we should earn our health, and we will live much longer and happier lives that way. However, the exception to the rule would be a severely overweight person who's life was at risk, and they needed the extra push to HAVE to live a better lifestyle. Some people are independent, and some are not able to pull through on their own. As someone who just needs to lose some pounds, surgery is not the best route to take.

I have a co worker now that weights 400 pounds and wants to get the surgery for weight loss but don't want to work out and succeed on her own I really believe in trying and letting surgery be your last resort at lease try first we have watched her loose weight before so I know she can do it.

yes most of people like to do surgery as they looking for easy weight loss but if we loose weight by doing exercise and diet then it would more effective because here in my country i saw soem people who done surgery but after some years weight gain again as unhealthy diet so it means they wast money so its good to do weight loss naturally....
