there is no perfect job and stress will always be certain no matter what kind of work we do, what's important is how we deal with it without compromising what we agreed to do.
Let's be fair with our employers and instead of complaining everyday about coworkers, our pay, our bosses -- count work as a blessing. at the end of the day, it still what pays for rent, children's need, daily food and what not.
if one is no longer happy, then leave. there are others that's more interested.
just saying..

I think some people are afraid to leave their miserable job because they are afraid to find a new job. Once I am a dad I will make my kids learn how to start their own business so finding a job and working on a miserable job wont be their focus anymore.

when coworkers share their complaints with me i just listen or ask neutral questions.
when my own concerns are piling up, i ask my boss for a few minutes and spill it out.

The only person I complain too when I'm stressed is me. It's hard to be your own boss sometimes. Oh, and not to forget I have to deal with employees too. But I'm still grateful that I don't have to be employed and under anybody's command.

@MGjhaud I better be grateful that I don't have to worry when I'll be receiving my salary or will it be enough to feed my family. I'm grateful that I'm living a more than just a comfortable life.

In today's economy it's a blessing to have a job. I hear so many people putting down people who work in fast food. I don't know why they do that---my son was making more per hour at Wendy's in just 6 months than what I was being paid by the school district after over 6 years.

I am blessee to have the job i have. I work in the accounting area but i usually help out the boys in the metal area. We fix cars and make gates. Anything that has to do with metal :)
It is fun to see the mens faces when a girl is working in that area

True, one's attitude toward his or her job makes a world of difference in both the employer and employee's life.

You're right. I got two jobs when I was young, a college teacher and later on a banker. I can say I was blessed for having such jobs and I never complained.

It is common among office workers, etc. they tend to complain about everything not realizing that they are lucky enough to have a source of income for the family.

@MGjhaud yes and one should work well because they are being paid for it.

I agree with this 100%. My job gets very frustrating at times and it's always easy to complain and whine about it. I'm trying to focus more on looking for the silver lining and trying to be more grateful. :-)

You are right. If we are not happy we can look for another job.

I worked for a boss for only 3 out of 40 of my working years .. and I didn't have to employ anyone as a self-employed sole trader .. I have been spared from dealing with bosses and co-workers.. But dealing with clients has it's own ups and downs.. and yes we just have to deal with whatever comes with our jobs and be grateful that we have jobs..

I think you are right, if you hate your job leave and stop spreading negativity all over. But they never leave do they?
