It seems to be legitimate, however, it is likely to be very slow to reach the $15 minimum payout, especially at first. Do your research by searching for "PaidViewpoint.com scam" or some such term.

Hi, I do a survey site called IPSOS. It is a good site and has a quick payoff. The minimum is $1.00. You can do it from your phone, tablet or desktop. Also, my favorite is Mturk but I don't know if you can access it where you are. Hope this helps.
