Paypal limited access

Hi just the word paypal gets me worked up, Nothing but trouble like its founder E-bay Nothing but trouble to many restrictions

Hmm, I just registered Paypal a month ago, haven't used it yet... Maybe u can share a little wat happened :D.. I've seen someone in the internet selling an e-book on how to avoid getting your paypal from getting blocked. Must pay some cash though.. Maybe u need a US bank account and also a credit card to avoid this.. @@" good luck

i have had many problems with paypal limiting and restricting my acct- they suck- plain and simple

If you have never used paypal before and are a new member you are limited to what you can do. Over time as you use it more you will be able to do more with it. I have been a member for over 3yrs now and I can do loads of thigs like have a business acount if I want to.

i have too its been awhile but did have a problem with it had to set up for more money in the account

I didn't have any problem about that with Paypal but usually I use it for small money. You can ask them to chnage the limit or if you need really more you have to change your account in business account.

PAYPAL AND EBAY SAME COMPANY ARE BOTH INCOMPETENT AS SEVERAL TIME HAVE SOLD ITEMS AND PAYPAL HAS THEN GIVEN THE MONEY BACK TO THE CUSTOMER SAYING THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS ALTHOUGH I HAD PROVIDED PAYPAL WITH DOCUMENTATION STATING OTHERWISE WITH SIGNATURE EVIDENCE AND THE COMMUNICATION IS SO POOR AND YOU CAN THINK AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE THEY JUST DONT SEEM TO ENTERTAIN THE IDEA BE WARNED DONT GET STUNG LIKE I DID IVE LOST OVER £200 AND PAYPAL HAVE STILL PERSISTED TO SEND DEBT COLLECTION DOCUMENTS THEY MAKE UP THE RULES AS THEY GO ALONG AS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!** SORRY I AM RANTING ON HERE I AM SO ANGRY WITH THEM *B*E*W*A*R*E*

I have heard about this concern but I have yet to try withdrawing from paypal.

Yes, I have experienced it. One of my business partner sent me a transfer that I should withdraw from PayPal and transfer it to my bank account. But PayPal reversed my withdrawal back and charge me. Now PayPal limited my access to my account and I can't refund the money to my partner as I don't have enough money for the refund fees that they charge me. PayPal sucks!

Yes in matter of fact i did... Sent lot of emails but they always awnser me the same thing... Go and see what issues to be resolved in your account. They give me a problem ID but when i put there the ID the site responded that no such ID... I give up trying to resolve and open a new account :)
