I am laughing at this girl at work. She made this comment after this lady came into work, and was all dressed up. Her purse was $900, and imagine her clothes. I made the comment people get stupid when they think they have money. Most people who make money and are well off tend to over spend and have loads of debt. Well this girl goes a lot of people have money, and you don't. I go well sweetheart unlike you my mommy and daddy don't pay everything and I can buy $60 ralph lauren pillows every month. She is the same girl who had to down grade her car because she leased it and couldn't pay it so they were going to take it back. So me who has owned my own car for over 15 years, and although I am under the poverty line I think I have decent situation on money. But again I don't have money to blow I have to stick toa budget. This girl keeps digging herself in a hole probably because her mother made her think she has money and they hand her everything. Yet, she made the comment in the same breath that her parents still owe on their house, and owe on their cars but have no debt (well in a way that is debt). That does not mean you have money it means you think you have money and owe thousands.

I really think that some people do think like this. My man makes a great amount of money at work but he rarely has any saved. I am very careful with my money.

I don't know how people can do that even with $200 a week I try to put away about $200 a month into different savings.

Yes, that is sort of debt but it's buy to own. Leasing lol... Anyone can have luxurious items as there are lease, credit cards but we choose not to be stupid and be in debt. If I wanted, I can go get an approval for a nice car but why would I want to pay hundreds for a nice car and keep up the crazy maintenance then in the end return it as its a lease anyway! No thanks! That's why my boyfriend and I bought a car we can afford and maintain without breaking the bank! Even though we do like the higher end cars but definitely not worth it in the end... 1 brand new Lexus can buy us 2 brand new cars. Lol. So we just bought a brand new honda accord. I don't know some people don't think..

People spend money like it won't run out. News flash people... it does if you stop working for it!
