Sure its easier said than done, but removing negative and poisonous people from your life helps you live a happier and less stressed life. I had to cut out alot of people from my life and even distance myself from certain family members in order to grow and learned that some people just arent good for you in general.
With time you realize who your real friends are and those who used you and judged you will no longer matter.
Life is too short to waste it on being negative or around negative people so like the quote in the picture says, Do yourself a tremendous favor and let go of the people who poison your spirit!

I did the same thing almost a decade ago. I noticed that after being around certain people, I felt even more down after they left, than when they would arrive. Negativity breeds negativity and if you want to be happy then you have to surround yourself with happy and outgoing people. Now this can be hard when you're at work, but you don't have to hang with negative co-workers, steer clear of them at work as much as is possible. If you have to work side by side, then my advise would be to look for another job, unless you can tell yourself they are just a miserable person and if they aren't trying to make everyone around them just as miserable, they aren't happy. The second scenario is a hard one to do day in and day out, they will eventually bring you down. Life is to short to be miserable all the time, we all have many things to be happy about, for starters, all that got up out of bed today is a blessing. Have a wonderful and happy day!

Many times, one has to stay very far away from the people who is supposed to give one some support, but instead of that, they give one lots of headaches.

When i was in such a situation i told myself it's not that easy. Yes easy said than done, but I did it. I got rid of negativity by deciding and willing it. I willed and i've done.

You know what @michaelliriano,you are absolutely right. I did this when I realised my close friends are judging me and fooling me and I like a foolish chap belived them.later I realise that why was I getting negative thoughts always and then kept distance from them and now I am too happy and they are too jealous of me!
