Easiest way in python

Hi all... Do anyone know the easiest way to develop a software with interface in python using tkinter. It's hard to design an interface with python. I tried PyQt. But I can't understand how PyQt really works. So could anyone please tell me an easy way (an IDE or something) to design an interface and code in python. Thank you!!!

It's easiest language to implement algorithm... I know VB and C# are very easy because they are event driven programming languages. But I need to know how to design an interface with python...

@trivia79 can you suggest me a good tutorial to use PyQT. I can design an interface with it... but I can't understand how to code for that interface
