Lost 3 Hours

I am kind of upset as I lost 3 hours sleeping in this morning due to a bad night. I am a very "early bird" kind of person and there is nothing I dislike more than sleeping in. I feel totally "out of sync" today. I guess I needed the sleep otherwise I would not have been able to stay in bed like that. I better sleep good tonight as there is not way I want to lose another of my precious early morning hour. Are you an early bird too?

Time sleeping is not lost, i do sleep till 11am when i have a day free, i consider it my time when my mind is at rest and my body relaxed.

Goodnight Marlina.. I do believe that it is always good to wake up in the morning when you have completed at least 6-8hours of sleep. Have a good night sleep. See you in the morning.

I use to wake up between 6 and 7 am, so I guess I can consider myself a relatively early bird too. I got so used to this schedule that even weekend days I generally wake up no later than 7:30, unless I go to bed really late at night as I do from time to time. In those cases I sometimes wake up at around 9:00 am, but those are rare occasions.

I lost an hour or so this morning, dropped back to sleep when I was about to get up - it was so annoying.

I don't go to bed until after 2 am, but I am really upset with myself for not getting out of bed until 10 am. Now I've lost a couple hours of my time. Sigh.... Off to my Needlers group now and if I don't leave, I will be late when I'm in charge of the group!

Yes i'm an early bird. I wake up at 6am in the morning in most days especially when I go to my yoga class or ride my bicycle. But today, I decided not to ride my bicycle and just mylot because I don't get to spend much time in here.

@marlina Oh dear, that condition is so awful too Marlina..I knew a lady with it, and she often had to even stand for a good while in the day to stop the legs from moving. I am sorry you have this.

@TiarasOceanView I don't have a problem during the day, it is only when I sleep. I had 2 sleep studies already and that is what they told me.

I prefer being an early bird and I agree, when I sleep in, it does set me off kilter for the rest of the day.

Yes, I am an early bird. This morning I waked up even earlier due to the loud thunders and heavy rain. Now I feel I need a good sleep, it's almost 7 PM here.

@marlina I went to bed early yesterday evening, we had to go out at 6:30 this morning to reach the hospital 30 Km north from here. It took 2 hours for 30 Km, in the morning there are all the workers coming from Italy, I have to ask to arrange the appointments in the afternoon.

Since I'm retired @marlina , I can get up early or sleep in if I want to. I've always hated alarm clocks and couldn't wait for the day when I wouldn't have to hear one go off. I do hate though if I've slept 'too' late because it does screw up your day time-wise.
