How do you keep cool?

It's sure been getting hot out there. How do you keep cool during hot weather? For me I usually go swimming. Sometimes it's the only thing that will cool me down. I enjoy swimming in the pool and in the lake.

We go to the beach. We are 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

That's awesome. I'm 5 miles from the lake and a couple hours from the Pacific Ocean.

the kids usually go for a swim whereas i go for a long bath.

I use the AC and the ceiling fans. Drink plenty of water and other liquids. Go to the pool of course. You must have an early summer over there.

We don't really ever get winter here so it seems like it's generally hot most of the time here. We were pushing 90 today and I'm already dreading the over 100 days that are coming. My ceiling fan has been a lifesaver.

@CrazyAnimaLady We get up in the 100s and sometimes in the 110s so we need the AC to survive the Summer here.
