My Computer Got Difficult

Last night or this morning before I gave up and went to bed I was down to 13 notifications and could see the end in sight, and then it happened. Error after error. Shockwave errors and that wait/kill box on every comment I wanted to make. I could not even write in the comment box without having to wait on the cursor. It was totally frustrating. I told it that it would not defeat me, that I would get caught up before I went to bed.
I threw in the towel at 3:30 after fighting for 2 hours with it. I rebooted three times and even shut it down at one point and left it alone while I cleaned the kitchen. I figured I gave it enough time to get over its temper tantrum, but no, it still would not let me work on here.
So instead of being caught up, I went to bed with 45 notifications and nothing I could do about it as my computer just would not allow me to work.
Having gone to bed at 3:30, I was awake at 7 this morning and was unable to go back to sleep. So I'm here with 3.5 hours of sleep. I will be taking a nap at some point today, though I don't know when as at one point today I will be taking my son to DMV. He didn't get there yesterday.

I think we have all been given a virus. Doing well today. Hope you get your computer back working well for you again. One day mine does and the next it doesn't.

That is a pain. You did accomplish something in cleaning your kitchen though. That could be a bright side. The site I just signed up must me really new it let me on in the morning now it says access denied after a early afternoon of maintenance. Another mylotter says it is probably a glitch in their system I hope it is and tomorrow is another day.

the net now is again so erratic, i cannot even load a page successfully. i need to watch the cursor blinking, or else, that in responsive script appears again with the note to 'stop the plugin'.

@just4him i just had the net book rest when i watched TV and did some chores at home. the net is slow on Saturdays.

Sometimes, it helps to change browsers. I use Edge a lot but the driver always stops displaying, one time after another. Usually, when I am writing something. It drives me crazy so I go to Chrome and pull up Mylot. I hate the computer, I love the computer.

I am having a day full of fireworks.
