Gone for a bit

It's only my third day in mylot. I usually open it around 3-4 times a day but I think I'll have to tone it down to just once a day, at least for a day or two. I browse the internet using my laptop at home and at my college, but now I'll only be able to open it at home:( My friend accidentally broke my laptop. Not the hardware, but the software. He's responsible enough to try to fix it and search about the problem and find a place to repair it though, so there's no hard feeling. I'll take it to someone to repair it tomorrow, hopefully it can be fixed quickly

what problem in your laptop you are having? can you explain that?

If it is software i.e., the Operating system, sure someone can come to your rescue. On the other hand, hardware issues are difficult to rectify easily and are expensive. I had to discard my old laptop as the hinges of the screen got damaged and being old model parts are not available. Well, i purchased a new laptop!

my laptop is not that old, I got it around 1-2 years ago. the hardware is still fine I think, just the software

I hope everything gets fixed for you soon. I hate having laptop issues.
