Can you please suggest me some good PPD (Pay Per Download) sites. I think it's a good way to earn some extra money... Please tell me how much will they pay us for a download. Thanks!!!

Try earnably if you haven't. I saw some offers there to download mobile apps. bitLanders offers more iOS apps and few for android.
