On birthdays

I can't recall when I started dreading my birthday. I only know the reason why. My overthinking skill is at its best during that day. Just this March 5th, I turned 24. At around 1:00 am on that particular day, I sat on my bed weeping for no clear reason at all. I remained one hell of a mess until around 4: 00 am; only retreating to sleep out of exhaustion. I told my friend that I don't want to have anymore birthdays but I don't want to die yet. It gave her a good laugh. Later that day she admitted to having the same thoughts as I have. Anyone else?

Haha, I envy you sir. I don't know why I get so worked up. Guess, I need more positivity in life. :)

Haven't had this thoughts yet but maybe this year I will be as I turn 26. I'm not really scared of dying yet as I'm confident that I'm taking care of myself enough to last me until my 50s.

@dudibelles I'm very sure that's achievable. All the best.

Good for you :)) My goal for this year is to be healthier because I've had several visits to the doctor in the past months,

I'm also grateful, it's just that I think I also needed to unload. I feel bad but it helps after a while. :) Anyway, I'm hopeful for the coming years :)

I say birthdays are overrated.. at least for adults. haha. Anyway, in spite of myself, I still see to it that I enjoy my day after the weeping?
