Not A Happy Camper

I am not a happy camper right now as I have to go out again to solve a problem that the electricity company has created. All their doing and they want us to pay a fee for their own mistake.
I have been trying to solve this since yesterday and this morning I am going in person to talk to a "human being" and make them see that they are the ones doing the wrong thing, not us.
I hope that they will finally understand as I am getting pretty annoyed with them.
What a waste of time!

That really is so annoying. I never had problems with electric companies, but I have problems with phone companies.

@marlina Right because we have the burden of proof of showing them they have made a mistake. And then we have to wait.

Same... phone companies are really annoying sometimes and just create more problems.

@marlina I think they were overwhelmed by the calls. I managed to have them really only the day after during the morning and they sent a team to repair during the afternoon. The team told me that they had 2000 houses without electricity after the storm, and I have been without electricity only 24 hours : it was not that bad.

It´s upsetting to have to spend time in issues that must have been taken care of by some companies. I hope you solve the problem.
