in our daily life how much time sleeping is need,in my imagination six hours , six hours is good for our health, becuse without sleep we are not able to do any other work , our daily activities not properly operating, our body cycle will not properly running , this is right , otherwise we are facing so many problems.

it has been said men need 8-9 hours of sleep and women need 7-8 hours of sleep to maintain full mental function...

ya may be right this is , sleep is very need to our life ,very important thing.
