why do you have to pass $10 before the end of nov?

So you could get paid by December 15, that's how they set it up. Cutoff is Nov 30 to be able to receive your earnings, if not, it will be accumulated until the second month.

that is the minimum payout that you can receive from MyLot, so you would have to earn $10 by the end of Nov, to get paid by Dec 15th.

I don't think you have to pass 10$, if you want to get paid for this month you have to pass the 10$ but if you don't you can pass it the next month but you don't lose your current money, thats all, its just a date for the "salary day" something like that... :-)
