My 3rd day at gym

I am one of those weak fellows who eats well but still cannot lift even a sack of rice. So I made up my mind to go to gym with my friend who is a fitness freak. Today is my 3rd day at gym and the pain that I am witnessing couldn't be described in words. Yesterday I slept for almost 16 hours. I feel like I qill break into pieces. But still the hope that my friend gives me is so much that I forget all my ill thoughts when I workout again. Such a good buddy he is. A friend in need is a friend indeed . Hence I promised him that I wont quit my workout till I get fit.

I have been in your shoes several times. That's awesome that you are trying to improve yourself. You can do it. That feeling you have now you may always have if you over do it. I hope your buddy is a trainer where he knows you need to rest your body as well. Maybe you shouldn't try to get all your results in one day. LOL
You can do it. If you want it you can achieve it.

Everyone has to start sometime. Don't be easily discouraged if you can't lift heavy yet or if you tire easily after working out. Slow and steady is the way to go.
Good thing that you have a friend to help you out. Continued success in achieving your fitness goals.
